Frequent Questions
What are your delivery timelines?
Preliminary designs and cost estimates can be done within two weeks. We liase with Architects and Quantity Surveyors to ensure smooth delivery.
How much do your charge for the services?
Charging is based on the project size, delivery times and frequency of site visits and inspections.
What design softwares do you use?
We use AutoCAD and Revit MEP(3D) for general desings. We also use specific design software such as Dialux for lighting.
Are your engineers registered and licensed?
Our Engineers are registered and licensed by Engineers Board of Kenya(EBK) and are also members of IEK.
